Bronson Battle Creek Hospital is seeking an RN Supervisor for Medical Surgical Oncology on the Night shift. You will Lead the unit as a clinical liaison, mentor staff, and ensure quality patient care while coordinating with managers.

The role requires RN licensure in Michigan, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and leadership experience; a Master’s degree is preferred and certification within advanced nursing fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and RN licensure in Michigan.
• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Advanced Nursing Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and act as clinical liaison with staff, physicians, and management.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, staffing, payroll and budget tasks.
• Coordinate day-to-day unit operations and staff assignments.
