Bronson Healthcare is seeking a Practice Clinical Supervisor to lead and organize the clinical support staff across Bronson Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists and related practices. You will support providers in clinical duties, mentor staff, and contribute to hiring, orientation, and performance evaluations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination of day-to-day operations, and a strong focus on patient care and service standards within a dynamic obstetrics and gynecology environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or advanced degree licensure in related specialty and 3 years relevant clinical experience.
• Current RN license or advanced degree license for specialty areas as listed in Michigan.
• BLS certification required by completion of core orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize clinical support staff and their functions for the practice.
• Support providers in clinical duties and assist Practice Manager with staff development and retraining.
• Assist with hiring, orientation, performance evaluation, and payroll processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain practice standards and positive team environment.
