North Country Healthcare is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across affiliated practices within NCH. You will collaborate with clinical and staff leadership to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care, drive quality improvement, and manage overhead while ensuring providers meet contracted hours.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in nursing required.
• State NH RN license.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED with renewal on a regular basis.
• Healthcare management certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall clinics and administrative functions of assigned practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff and practice leadership to meet patient, provider, and staff needs.
• Complete annual RHC program evaluations under direction.
• Maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and monthly staff meetings.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
• Oversee quality monitoring and improvement and adherence to indicators.
• Work with teams to ensure timely patient appointments.
• Foster good customer and physician relations and respond to event reports.
• Ensure clinical chart audits per policy and requests from internal/external sources.
• Collaborate with NCH and AVH staff on strategic initiatives.
• Act as an effective member of the management team.
• Utilize productivity measures to benchmark and improve performance.
• Maintain preparedness and comply with regulatory bodies.
• Establish and pursue annual Leader Evaluation Management goals.
• Perform additional duties to support objectives.
