Job summary

The role requires MN RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication. Shift is 12-hour nights; part of Maple Grove Nurses group, with a non-exempt status and a 60-hour bi-weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in MN and BLS certification.
• Ability to work nights and handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care per standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Document care in Epic.
