Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one-year RN experience in a hospital NICU.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota with active registration.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS, TNCC and PALS recommended for various units.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in the NICU.
• Collaborate with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient plans.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
