Job summary

North Memorial Health in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered care across units. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care following hospital standards and Epic workflows.

The role requires an Associate's degree in nursing (BSN preferred), current RN license in MN, and BLS; minimum 1 year of hospital experience; strong communication and ability to work in high-stress settings.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Current licensure and registration as an RN in MN; BLS certification required.
• Strong communication skills; able to work in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate and document care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team across units.
• Administer medications and provide bedside care.
• Record vitals and care in Epic; ensure accurate documentation.
