Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night-shift position. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care, coordinate with the care team, and support residents across all care phases.

This role includes night hours from 10:00pm to 6:30am and rotating weekends/holidays, with a bi-weekly 48-hour schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Requires current MN RN license; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN license required.
• Minnesota RN license current and active; multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed/unlicensed staff as needed.
