Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Maple Grove location. The RN performs comprehensive patient care, triage, and supports physicians during exams, tests and treatments.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and accurate documentation in Epic. The role requires an Associate's degree in nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, current MN RN licensure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an Associate's degree in nursing; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in a hospital Emergency Department.
• Current RN license in MN and valid BLS certification.
• English proficiency and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per hospital standards.
• Perform triage and respond to critical situations.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams in exams and procedures.
• Document care in Epic accurately and timely.
