Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse with postpartum/mother-baby experience to assess and coordinate patient care in the BirthPlace and Nursery. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active MA RN license, NRP, and BLS certification. A BSN is preferred. Expect varied shifts according to operational need with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from approved School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Postpartum/Mother Baby experience required.

Responsabilités

• Work practice reflects philosophy purpose and policies of the hospital department.
• Assesses and directs care for all breastfeeding women on the BirthPlace and in the Nursery.
• Acts as a liaison for staff in the hospital for women who are breastfeeding.

Education/Experience Required

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $76.08

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
