Job summary

Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 36-hour per week care team, with weekend and holiday rotations. The RN will assess patients, administer medications, monitor progress and collaborate with physicians to optimize care.

Qualified candidates will have a state-approved RN program and MA RN license; BSN preferred. This Magnet-designated system emphasizes high-quality care, patient education, and teamwork across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
