Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is actively seeking Registered Nurses for the Post Surgical Unit. The role focuses on post-operative pain management, early ambulation, and safe progression toward discharge, with collaboration with surgeons and post-acute caregivers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing.
• Current Texas RN License.
• Current BCLS and ACLS.
• PALS recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for post-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of care and compliance with Joint Commission and state/federal requirements.
• Care for patients aged 2 years and older, including geriatric patients.
