Qualifications
Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Responsibilities
Provide resident care according to standards of nursing practice and plan of care.
Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
Monitor residents' conditions and report appropriately.
Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.
