Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards of nursing practice and plan of care.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report appropriately.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with provided orders.
