Job summary

Peters Township Post Acute is a 140-bed facility seeking an RN for full-time day shifts. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. PayActiv (same-day pay) is available on request, plus PTO for birthdays and a variety of health plans, HSA/FSA options, and a 401k with matching.

We offer PRN opportunities within our network and shift differential where available to support dedicated nursing teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is desirable.
• Ability to adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with Nursing Service Manual and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend committee meetings and report on nursing programs and activities.
• Manage admissions, transfers, discharges, and daily resident care planning.
