Job summary

Exton Post Acute and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure plans are followed in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Daily Pay options available; full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. The role requires PA RN license, BLS, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered PA RN license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to physician plans and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation compliant with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
