Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. This full-time role delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and follows individualized care plans in a supportive sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Daily pay is offered along with a competitive starting rate. Requirements include PA RN license and BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license in good standing.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician’s plan and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulation compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
