Job summary

Exton Post Acute, a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Exton, PA, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and implement individualized care plans. Daily pay is available at $37-$46 per hour for all shifts, including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

As an RN, you will document care accurately, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in PA required.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans set by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
