Lancashire Post Acute in Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. The position offers daily pay and involves delivering skilled nursing care in a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.

Responsibilities include following individualized care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions while maintaining thorough documentation and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia (VA).
• Current BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and physician plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
