Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent as a baseline credential.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/RN program with licensure.
• Current RN license and CPR certification in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in assigned area according to standards.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Document care in the EMR and communicate with the team.
• Participate in care planning and patient education.
