Qualifications

• RN license is required in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to individualized plan of care.
• Lead team conferences to develop care plans.
• Initiate emergency measures for adverse events.
• Document observations and interventions in EMR.
• Administer medications with accuracy and monitor reactions.
