Job summary

PureHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-hour shift post in a post-acute setting. The RN will provide individualized patient care under supervision, following established nursing standards and documentation in the EMR.

Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am; requires RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year SNF experience preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient education, and adherence to policies and HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Valid State RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in SNF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing knowledge and skills in safe implementation of basic care and rehabilitation.
• Lead development of individualized care plans and document outcomes.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor responses.
• Perform IV therapy within RN scope of practice.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain infection control standards.
