Job summary

Lake Forest Village by PureHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time evening shift in Denton, TX. The RN will provide direct patient care in a post-acute setting, following the established nursing care plan, and work under Unit Manager supervision.

You will administer medications, perform IV therapy, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with the care team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Weekend shifts are required as part of a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/RN program.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care and document outcomes in the EMR.
• Lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications accurately and monitor patient response.
• Perform IV therapy within RN scope.
• Coordinate communication among patient, family, and physicians.
• Deliver health teaching and discharge planning.
