Job summary

PureHealth seeks a dedicated Resident Aide to support the nursing team in delivering compassionate care. This PRN role requires flexible shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and nights, with weekend differential applying after 10:00pm Friday through 6:00am Monday.

You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure quality service in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or preferred.
• One year experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
• Ability to follow HIPAA and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and feeding, including special diets if needed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care and daily activities.
• Engage residents in activities to promote well-being and socialization.
