Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing; specialty credentialing & education per clinical practice area.
• (Master of Science in Nursing is preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to quality, safety, and nursing excellence.
• Partner with nursing and quality teams to operationalize performance improvement initiatives.
• Track and drive progress on strategic priorities (e.g., Magnet readiness, regulatory preparedness, patient safety initiatives).
• Improve consistency, follow-through, and visibility across initiatives.
• Support data-driven decision-making and outcome measurement.
