Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking an OR Registered Nurse for the Johns Hopkins Green Spring Pavilion III Surgery Center in Timonium, MD. This per diem position involves 8-hour day shifts with staggered start times (7:00 am–5:30 pm) and weekdays only, with no weekends or holidays.

You will circulate in a high-performing ambulatory program across multiple specialties. Active MD or Compact RN license is required, along with BLS CPR.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license required at time of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year OR experience preferred, 6 months OR required within past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Circulate in multiple surgical specialties within an ambulatory care environment.
• Assist with scrub duties; scrub experience is a plus.

Shift:

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required at time of hire
• BLS CPR required
• 1 year recent OR experience preferred, and 6 months recent OR required (within the past 3 years)
• Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required)
• BSN (preferred) and applicants w/an ADN in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a BSN program.
