Job summary

Pomperaug Woods, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care at our Southbury, CT location. The role involves administering medications, assessing health status, and collaborating with families, physicians, and the care team.

The RN will participate in admissions, discharges, and continuity of care, upholding our CARES values in every interaction and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for older adults.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living experience.
