Pomperaug Woods, Inc. in Southbury, CT, is seeking Certified Nurses Aides for full-time (32 hours) and part-time (24 hours) evening shifts (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) at Seabury at Pomperaug Woods.

CNAs provide hands-on resident care, promote dignity, and help with daily activities in a warm, collaborative setting. Requirements include CT CNA certification and active registry status; prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recording care provided and resident observations.
• Helping create a warm, homelike environment.
• Encouraging resident participation in activities and daily routines.
• Working as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional care.
