Job summary

Seabury at Pomperaug Woods in Southbury, CT is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Assisted Living/Memory Care team. Full-time positions and part-time shifts available, including weekend rotation.

You will assist residents with daily living, promote independence and dignity, document care, and work closely with nursing leadership. Connecticut CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence.
• Assist residents with meals, laundry, room organization, and other supportive services.
• Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events.
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and requests for assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to nursing leadership.

We are currently hiring for the following positions open in our Assisted Living/Memory care:

Part-Time CNA - 8 hours a week working every other weekend
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Part-Time CNA 8 hours a week working every other weekend
2:30 PM - 11:00 Pm

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' independence, comfort, dignity, and quality of life within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

What You'll Do
