Job summary

Essex Meadows is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Life Plan Community in Connecticut. You will supervise nursing staff, provide hands-on clinical care, and administer medications while monitoring residents and communicating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Connecticut (or valid multistate/compact license).
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising direct resident care and nursing personnel during assigned shifts.
• Providing hands-on clinical care as needed.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families.
• Making rounds to ensure quality care in a safe, clean environment.
• Assisting with development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records.

What You'll Do
