Essex Meadows, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and support nursing staff while promoting resident health and comfort. Join a compassionate team on a beautiful Connecticut campus and contribute to clinical excellence.

You will supervise care, administer medications, monitor residents, and help develop care plans in a collaborative environment. A strong emphasis on teamwork and growth awaits in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Connecticut
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Supervising direct resident care and nursing personnel during assigned shifts
• Providing hands-on clinical care as needed
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families
• Making rounds to ensure quality care in a safe, clean environment
• Assisting with development and implementation of care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
• Responding to resident emergency call systems
• Promoting restorative care and resident independence

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Skilled Nursing 32 hours/week | $40-44/hr
• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Skilled Nursing 12-24 hours/week temp to permanent | every weekend or every other weekend | $44-44.75/hr

What You'll Do
