Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients 1-on-1 for Private Duty homecare nursing.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and delivering skilled nursing services per orders. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
