Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients 1-on-1 for Private Duty homecare nursing.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, and providing skilled nursing services per orders. Current LPN/LVN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
