Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their own homes. The position offers an hourly pay range of $30–$40 with weekly paychecks and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and documenting patient data.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray required.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Education

Licensed LPN/LVN in state where practice
