Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients 1-on-1 for Private Duty homecare nursing. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled nursing services on each assignment in accordance with orders.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
