Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to support medically fragile patients at home, serving pediatric and adult populations. This role emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care delivered in the patient’s residence.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN/LVN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
