Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with pediatric or adult medically fragile patients in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice (Ohio).
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team; document nursing diagnoses.
