Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the PCU. You will provide direct patient care within the RN scope, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in performance improvement activities to support the hospital's mission.

The role requires clinical expertise, effective communication, and the ability to respond promptly to physician and patient needs in a fast-paced environment. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with KY Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess plans and evaluate patients' care needs and carry out physician orders.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vital signs.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition using computerized systems.
• Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team.
