Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Tennessee as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans and evaluate patient care needs; carry out physician orders.
• Administer medications, change dressings, clean wounds, monitor vitals.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition using computerized systems.
• Instruct and educate patients/families as part of a Multidisciplinary Care Planning team.
