ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift in Longview, TX. Work hours run from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in an acute care setting, with emphasis on comprehensive patient care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursing experience, BSN preferred, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Texas or compact RN licensure is required to practice.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care given.
• Identify learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting and demonstrates the ability to manage complex patient situations. This role provides both routine and advanced nursing care, aimed at meeting the long-term goals of patient care. The RN will also work collaboratively, delegating responsibilities to other healthcare providers when necessary.
