Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for a 13-week contract in the PCU/telemetry area. Night shifts, 12-hour blocks, with floating within the unit as needed. Must have 2 years of TELE/PCU/Stepdown experience and a current state or compact license.

Candidates must hold AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH certifications, and be prepared for a rigorous schedule including every other weekend. Local residency within 75 miles is required.

Qualifications

• Flu vaccine required; exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

Description:This position is for a 13-week contract; extension will not be approved.Only local candidates will be accepted and must reside within 75 miles of the facility.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of current TELE/PCU/Stepdown experience.Candidates must hold AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH certification.Candidates must have a valid state or compact license.Floating within the scope of practice is required.Every other weekend is required.Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.Patient ratios can fluctuate with census and other factors.Candidates must be willing to accept an 84-hour schedule for two weeks.Travelers must work either a major or minor holiday.References are required from one charge nurse or higher and one supervisor.Both must be from within the last year.A copy of certifications is required for submission.Background checks will be conducted for any license hits or issues.
