Job summary

Qualifications

• MA Licensed RN and BSN required.
• Minimum 5 years acute care nursing experience; ED/CC experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement and bed management across Baystate Health.
• Serve as clinical expert/decision maker for daily throughput and bed assignments.
• Collaborate with providers on transfer requests to ensure appropriate care settings.
