Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate bed placement and patient flow within the health system.
• Coordinate transfers and bed assignments with the Transfer Center and care teams.
• Review admission criteria and level of care to determine appropriate services.
• Collaborate with physicians and units to optimize throughput and utilization.
• Monitor patient placement to ensure efficient operations and care quality.
• Escalate barriers to throughput to unit managers and leadership as needed.
