Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Flow Coordinator, RN (PFC, RN) to deliver expert nursing care within a fast-paced ICC setting. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate patient flow, and support physicians and the care team while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

The role requires a BSN, Illinois RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of RN experience, with 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays. Epic experience is preferred for charting and coordination.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current Registered Nurse License issued by Illinois.
• BLScertification (BLS).
• Minimum two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments using the nursing process.
• Document assessments and care in the patient’s medical record.
• Provide direct patient care and consult with physicians and healthcare team.
