The role supports patient throughput, triage, documentation, and coordination with the care team in ICC locations. The position involves 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday requirements.

Requirements include BSN, Illinois RN license, BLS, and a minimum of two years of nursing experience; ED/urgent care experience and national certifications are preferred. Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in Illinois and BSN.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years RN experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in ICC and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document in the medical record.
• Administer medications, measure vital signs, collect specimens per protocol.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to manage patient flow.
• Triage calls and patient needs; communicate plan of care to patients.
• Respond to emergencies per organizational protocols and assist with equipment.
