Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Current Illinois RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment with OSHA compliance.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in the medical record.
• Demonstrate clinical competency with phlebotomy, medication administration and vital signs.
• Coordinate care with other clinical and administrative departments; communicate with outside agencies as needed.
• Triage calls, prioritize results, and communicate care plans to patients; manage emergencies per protocols.
