Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire
• Six or more months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program
• Willingness to pursue BSN within three years of hire
• Commitment to ongoing education and competency development

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary team and ensure safe patient transitions
• Perform comprehensive data collection and ongoing patient assessment
• Develop and implement care plans focused on patient/family needs
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team regularly
