Qualifications

• NJ State Professional RN license required.
• BSN in progress or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire.
• Six+ months of nursing experience or current Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency participation.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong teamwork, accountability, and patient-focused care.
• BLS/CPR certification by the American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve outcomes.
• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Direct and oversee care through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
