Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey RN license.
• Active AHA BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based standards for safe, patient-centered care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, colleagues and the care team about status and plans.
• Aim for optimal patient and guest satisfaction per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications using the latest documentation technology to ensure safety.
