Qualifications

• Six months of relevant nursing experience OR active Nurse Residency with Hackensack Meridian Health.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License; BLS within 60 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities, ensuring effective communication with physicians and support staff.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with evidence-based nursing practices.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning in collaboration with care teams.
• Maintain compliance with ANA Code for Nurses and organizational standards.
