Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting in New Jersey. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans, document care using clinical systems, and support patient and family needs throughout the care continuum.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; a BSN is strongly preferred or obtainable within 3 years.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards of care to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other health care team members regarding status, care and plans.
• Ensure optimal patient and family satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Medication administration using latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family-centered care aimed at improving health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage patient care from admission to discharge.
