Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse populations. Candidates must hold an active NJ RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with BSN preferred or obtainable within three years.

Candidates with six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• Six months or more of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency Program participation at Hackensack Meridian Health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies and standards for diverse patients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families and care team about status and plans.
• Strive for optimal patient/satisfaction and care experience per HMH standards.
• Administer medications using current clinical documentation technology to ensure safety.
• Provide patient and family centered care to optimize health and disease management.
• Collaborate across disciplines to manage care from admission to discharge.
